Aspen, pine, wildflowers and wildlife adorn this property, not to mention the rugged, moss-rock outcrops and blue, blue sky. Roughed in driveway could easily be manicured to afford a gentle incline up to a private build or camp site. Groups of mule deer take their afternoon naps in the shady relief afforded by the tall Ponderosa Pine. Access is excellent off the state highway and property is near the town of Westcliffe, CO. It all adds up to the perfect spot for the one who watches over.
